Stakeholders
The graphic above shows my earliest interpretation of the idea for Cargolink. It happens to be the first image I created for this project, although with small improvements made later on.
ETH Services entered the idea to the design and technology lab, a cooperation for bachelor thesises in a team of students in mechanical engineering at ETH and Industrial design at ZHdK. I applied to do this as my bachelor thesis and won. I got paired with Fabio Bazzi, who made it on the side of ETH.
As EUROBUS supplies the buses and drivers for the “Link” shuttlebus, it was involved in the project as an advisor. The coopeartion with both ETH Services and EUROBUS was very productive and a pleasant experience to us.
The three diagrams visualize the relationships between all stakeholders in phases Cargolink got through or is currently in. During the bachelor thesis the relations were as shown in the first image. The second image shows the relations after I was exmatriculated of ZHdK due to my graduation. The last one shows the current phase where the project is in progress with the StartinPower programme of the pro Helvetia foundation.
The green lines symbolize mutual dependance between the connected parties. The blue arrows symbolize support to the project. The orange arrows symbolize an active request from one party to another.
